She focuses on the need of all parents with children that have come from domestic violence and abuse, loss of their home, joblessness i.e. Ellestine herself has experienced domestic violence abuse,  homelessness,  joblessness.  The desire is deeply rooted in her to assist with parents with children.  Ellestine is an RN Nursing supervisor  and assist the sick for over 47 years with three children and four grandchildren
